Your Honor,

I am writing to respectfully request that this Court consider modifying the current supervision requirement for telephone contact between myself and my child(ren). Specifically, I am requesting that in-person therapeutic supervision for phone calls be replaced with monitored digital contact through CallYourKid (callyourkid.com), a platform designed specifically for supervised parent-child communication in family law proceedings.

I understand and fully respect the Court's authority and its reasons for ordering supervised contact. The purpose of this request is not to reduce accountability — it is to achieve the same level of oversight at a fraction of the cost, while preserving and encouraging consistent contact between myself and my child(ren).

            Therapeutic supervision centers typically charge between $75 and $150 per hour for in-person phone supervision — often with minimum session requirements. For a family already navigating the financial strain of legal proceedings, this cost can make regular contact with children effectively impossible. Inconsistent contact is harmful to children and contrary to the Court's interest in preserving family bonds.
